At Pet Perfection Hub, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to make our cancellation process as straightforward as possible. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations:

 

  1. Adoption Cancellations:

   - If you have submitted an adoption application and wish to cancel it before final approval, please notify us as soon as possible.

   - Once an adoption has been finalized, cancellations may be subject to specific terms outlined in the adoption agreement. Please refer to the agreement for more details.

 

  1. Product Orders:

   - If you need to cancel an order for pet products, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order.

   - Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return or exchange according to our return policy.

 

  1. Service Bookings:

   - For pet care services such as grooming appointments or training sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

   - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

  1. Membership Subscriptions:

   - Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and no further charges will be incurred after the cancellation date.

   - Refunds for unused portions of membership subscriptions may be available according to our refund policy.
